Unfortunately we are unable to give specific restock dates, but if you head over to the required item(s) page, you can either place a pre-order or sign up for a restock notifications for your size. The size availability on this website is a live view of what’s currently available in the store, with exception of pre-order items which are only available for purchase through the website. If you cannot find what you're looking for please ask a member of staff in store.

As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match sizes in your country. Check out our size guide here to check this matches the size you have ordered.


Ordering online from Sassy Luxe is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your bag at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

We aim to ship NDD and SDD orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. This excludes Bank Holidays and we do not ship out on weekends.

The estimated delivery times apply once the order has shipped.

Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday - Saturday for delivery the same day. Delivery will take place between 4pm-11pm by an independant courier Ona Deliver. Available within 45 mile radius from our store. (Excludes Sundays and Public or Bank Holidays).

Please check your tracking link for information on how to re-arrange or collect your package. Your order maybe returned to sender (us) after several unsuccessful delivery attempts. Any package returned to us as non-deliverable will automatically be issued a credit note to the value of the item(s) minus the delivery costs. 

For international orders customs charges and import duties are applied once the parcel reaches it's destination country according to local laws. These charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you require more accurate information please get in touch with your local customs office.

Your order will usually be returned to sender (us). You will be liable for any associated return shipping costs incurred (and import duty/customs charges if applicable). These will be deducted from your refund once we recieve the order back. 

If your order is missing, lost or you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, please contact us within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered.


We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note only We do not offer refunds.

If you have changed your mind on your purchase you can return items back to us within 14 days. We offer a credit note or exchange only. Credit notes will expire 1 year after the issue date and can be used in-store or online. We do not offer refunds.

All items must have all tags still attached. We will not accept returns where tag has been removed, damaged or appears to have been tampered with.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a faulty item, you can upload photo(s) and a description of the fault encountered in a few simple steps by using our new paperless returns portal here. Once we receive your return request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

Our new paperless Returns Portal will not allow you to submit return requests beyond the specified 14 day period. We reserve the right to reject returns sent back to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days.


Yes, we love to find new inspiring accounts to collaborate with. We will consider working with individuals with at least 10k genuine followers. Simply contact us with your Instagram @username, and we can take it from there. Due to the high volume of requests we will only get back to you if we feel that you are a fit for our brand.

Discount codes are not valid for use against sale items and items from our Ultra Luxe Collection. All codes have an expiry date. Please check the email in which you received the code to confirm how long you have to use it.
