Orders for pre-order stock will display as “on hold” until the stock arrives to us. At that point, the hold will be released as we prepare the order for shipment. Estimated shipping or collection timescales will be calculated at the checkout.
When you place a pre-order on our website, your order is immediately automatically relayed to our manufacturer to begin production. Because these items are made-to-order, we have a no cancellation policy for pre-order items once submitted to the manufacturer; please be mindful when ordering.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately while awaiting the remaining pre-order item(s).
Pre-order dates are accurate 99% of the time, but they are estimates. And as we try our best to provide an exceptional shipping service, some factors are outside of our control, and issues like manufacturers' scheduling and shipping dates can change, and customs clearance delays may occasionally cause some pre-orders to be slightly delayed in arriving to us.
If we cannot fulfill the pre-order, we will send you an email to confirm the we have issued a full refund.

RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind on your purchase you can return items back to us within 14 days for Store Credit. This period starts from the day after you receive your order. If your order is split into more than one delivery, then the return period will start on the day after you have received all of the products in your order. Store Credit will expire 1 year after the issue date. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
For reasons of hygiene this policy excludes lingerie bodystocking items, swimwear, jewellery and sunglasses etc which are non-returnable. Items returned back to us after 14 days will not be accepted.
